Science Behind This Object
Although no study has examined this exact handle, scientific research highlights how ergonomic grips can reduce vibration transmission, enhance comfort, and improve control during resistance training. A 2022 study investigating various handle shapes and surface profiles found that ergonomically optimized grips decreased hand-arm vibration exposure and improved user-reported comfort — factors known to reduce fatigue and joint strain over time.
While this research did not directly assess EMG or muscle activation, it supports the idea that better grip ergonomics can indirectly aid performance by improving training conditions and reducing unnecessary stress on wrists and forearms.
